Josh Green has completed six seasons with the Youngstown State women's soccer program and his second as Associate Head Coach. Known as the "Green Bean" and "Gorilla Arms", Josh works with the Penguins' goalkeepers and defenders, is the Recruiting Coordinator, and is all-around swell guy. 

Brian Shrum is a native of Western Pennsylvania and just finished his sixth season as head coach of the Youngstown State women's soccer program.

Over the last two seasons, Shrum has guided the Penguins to the best seasons in program history and came one victory away from earning Youngstown State's first Horizon League Tournament Championship and berth to the NCAA Tournament in the 2022 season. 

Anita Maryskova is beginning her second year as an assistant coach with the Youngstown State women’ soccer programa and brings several years of experience both as a top tier player and a coach.

Prior to arriving to YSU, Maryskova was a soccer coach and scout for the Czech National Team Region North and was also an assistant soccer coach for one of the top academies in the country. Two of her male players signed professional contracts with Fk Jablonec at the age of 17.
